Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days event runs October 6–7, 2026, and the prices below are baselines observed on Amazon.ca on 21 September 2026 — before the event begins. Deal prices are not yet announced, so “current price” below means the price I saw while writing this, not a sale price. During the event I’ll refresh this page with the actual offers; if a link ever shows a price higher than what I quote, the discount has ended and it may be worth waiting for the next one.
Amazon’s fall sale — Prime Big Deal Days — lands October 6–7, 2026. For two days, a meaningful slice of Amazon’s home catalogue drops in price, and for Canadians who plan it right, it’s one of the best windows of the year to buy the things you were going to buy anyway.
I’ll be updating this page through the event as the real deals go live. In the meantime, here’s the shortlist I’ve curated: twelve products I’d actually recommend at full price, which means they’re worth watching when the discounts land. Every one is on Amazon.ca, and I’ll flag the exact deal price when I see it.
Kitchen
KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer (B01H424IU4). The classic, and the single most common “I waited all year for this” purchase of the fall sale. If you bake regularly — or want to start — this is the one to watch.
Ninja Blender (B0CDDFH2MZ). A workhorse for smoothies, soups and weekend pancakes. Ninja models consistently get some of the deepest small-appliance discounts of the event.
Cleaning & vacuums
Roborock Q10 S5+ (B0DWXBCQVP). Roborock’s robot vacuums have been the breakout cleaning-tech story of the last few years, and sale events are when their flagship models become reasonable. If you’ve been circling a robot vacuum, watch this one.
BLACK+DECKER dustbuster AdvancedClean+ Pet (B07R89PJY6). Small, honest, and quietly essential — the handheld vacuum for crumbs, stairs and pet hair. At the right price this is an easy add-to-cart.
Smart home
ecobee Smart Thermostat Essential (B0DV9VDC55). The Toronto-made smart thermostat, Energy Star certified, and it pairs beautifully with fall rebate programs. A natural buy heading into heating season.
Kasa Smart Plug Mini (B07B8W2KHZ). The quiet automator of lamps, humidifiers and holiday lights. When these dip below twenty dollars, stock up.
Kasa HS200 Smart Switch (B01EZV35QU). For the rooms where you want the switch itself to be smart — set schedules and never come home to a dark house again.
Bedding & comfort
Beckham Hotel Collection Bed Pillows (B01LYNW421). The perennial bestseller that keeps selling out during sales. If your pillows are older than your phone, October is the moment.
Home wellness
Levoit Core 300P Air Purifier (B0DW8YP1LY). With windows about to close for six months, indoor air quality becomes the thing you feel. Levoit’s Core line is the safe, well-reviewed pick.
Owala FreeSip Insulated Bottle (B0C59BVJ3N). The water bottle that converted a generation of straw loyalists. These go fast when discounted — colours sell out.
Shark CryoGlow Under-Eye Cooling & LED Device (B0FJTQW6XT). The beauty-tech wildcard. Shark’s cooling and LED under-eye device is the kind of thing that reads as a gift splurge at full price and a smart buy at 30% off.
Organisation
Glass Spice Jar Set (B09Z7TVWN1). A pantry reset in a box. One of those small purchases that makes the kitchen feel twice as calm — and pairs perfectly with the fall baking season.
How I’ll update this page during the event
On October 6 and 7, I’ll revisit every product on this list and update it with the live deal price. If something sells out or the discount is weak, I’ll say so honestly — a shortlist is only useful if you can trust it. Check back here, or follow the blog’s Pinterest board for the fastest flags.
